Advanced Setting Camp
Advanced Setting Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of being a setter, including but not limited to:
-Review footwork and hand positioning
-Improve and quicken release
-Drills to increase strength and consistency
-Back setting, middle setting, & jump setting
