Advanced Attacking Camp
This is a camp designed to review the fundamentals of being an attacker while learning advanced skills, and specific drills for each hitting position: Right Side, Middle and Outside Hitter. This camp will include but is not limited to:
-Approach and footwork review
-Arm swing breakdown and training
-Position specific drills for middle and pin hitters
-How to execute different shots; roll, tip, line, cross, etc.
-Strategy and mindset of elite hitters
